Who sees which leads
Admins see every lead. Managers and agents see all leads, or only leads assigned to them, depending on the setting their admin chose. A separate switch decides whether they also see leads nobody owns yet.
The rule
A teammate can see a lead when any of these is true:
they are an admin,
their access is set to All leads,
the lead is assigned to them,
the lead is unassigned and they have Can see unassigned leads turned on.
This applies everywhere: the Leads page, Pipeline, Inbox, Tasks, search, reports and exports.
Set it for a teammate
Choose Team in the left sidebar.
Choose Edit member on their row.
Under Which leads they see, choose All leads or Assigned to them.
For Assigned to them, decide whether they also see leads nobody owns yet.
Save. It takes effect immediately.
Common situations
| Situation | Why | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A new agent sees no leads | New agents start with Assigned to them and unassigned turned off, and nothing is assigned to them yet | Assign leads to them, turn on unassigned leads, or use lead routing |
| A teammate sees every lead, but should not | Their access is All leads, or they are an admin | Set Assigned to them. Admins always see everything, so change their role if needed |
| An agent adds a lead and it shows them as the owner | A lead added by someone who only sees their own leads is assigned to them, so they can still see it | Reassign it if someone else should own it |
| An agent cannot add a lead | See Why can't I add a lead? | Usually not a visibility problem any more |
Giving restricted teammates new leads
Assign leads with the Assign bulk action, or set up Lead routing to assign new leads automatically, for example round robin.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
