Saved views and lists
A view is a saved set of filters, sort and columns that updates on its own. A static list is a group you add leads to by hand. Views can be private to you or, for admins, shared with the workspace.
Views and lists are different
| Filtered view | Static list | |
|---|---|---|
| What decides which leads are in it | Its filters. Leads come and go on their own as they change | You. Leads stay until you move them |
| How leads get in | Automatically | Bulk action Move to list, an import, or the Add lead form |
| Good for | "Hot leads with no follow-up", "My overdue callbacks" | A purchased list, a mailing batch, a buyers list |
Views and lists appear as tabs across the top of the Leads page. All leads is always there. New workspaces also start with My leads and Overdue.
Create a view
On the Leads page, open the Add view menu and choose Create view.
Name it. Pick a template, such as No follow-up set, or add your own filters.
Choose a sort order and which fields to show.
Admins choose who can see it: Private to me or Shared with workspace. Other members' views are always private.
Choose Save view.
Other options in the same menu: Create static list, Save current layout as new view and Manage views.
Save layout changes
When you change columns or sorting on a view, Pipelio shows Unsaved layout. Choose Save as my view to keep the change for yourself, or, if you are an admin, Save for team to update the shared view.
Rename, share, duplicate or delete
Open the menu on a view's tab. You can rename it, duplicate it as your own private copy, change its sharing (admins), or delete it. Deleting a view never deletes leads.
Only admins can change or remove a shared view, and only admins can drag tabs to reorder them. If a shared view does not suit you, duplicate it as your own private view.
If a view used a field that was later deleted, Pipelio shows a notice with Repair view.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
