Collect leads with a web form

Set up your form

1. Open Settings, then Web forms.

2. Edit the title and subtitle.

3. Name, phone and property address are always on the form. Add more with Add one of your custom fields…, or add a plain reference field. Mark fields required or optional and reorder them.

4. Under After someone submits, show a thank-you message or send people to a page on your website. Redirect links must start with https://.

5. Turn the form on.

Share it

• Copy URL copies the form's link. Open form opens it so you can test it.

• Embed on your site, then Copy embed code, gives you code to paste into your website builder.

What happens with submissions

• Each submission becomes a new lead with the source set to the web form.

• If your admin set up Lead routing for web forms, it assigns an owner, stage and follow-up.

• Recent submissions on the same page lists the latest ones.

Pipelio has built-in protection against spam bots, and limits how many submissions can come from the same place in a short time.
