Delete leads

Admins and managers can delete a single lead from its More actions menu, or many leads at once from the Leads page. Deleting cannot be undone.

Delete one lead

  1. Open the lead.

  2. Open More actions and choose Delete contact.

  3. Confirm. You see Lead deleted.

Delete many leads

  1. On the Leads page, select leads with the checkboxes. To include every lead in the current view, select the page, then choose to select all matching leads.

  2. In the bar at the bottom, choose Delete.

  3. Confirm. For more than 50 leads, Pipelio asks you to type the number of leads to confirm.

Before you delete

  • It cannot be undone. Everything attached to the lead goes with it.

  • Agents cannot delete leads. If an agent tries, the delete does not happen and they see an error. Ask an admin or manager.

  • Bulk actions are limited to 10,000 leads at a time.
