Your subscription and your calling balance
Your subscription is the fixed Pipelio Pro price. Your calling balance is separate prepaid credit that calls, extra texts and extra phone numbers draw from. Topping up never renews or changes your subscription.
Two separate things

Your calling balance is separate from your plan. Running out of balance pauses calling. It does not cancel your subscription, and topping up does not renew it.
Charges you might see
The subscription charge, monthly or yearly, from the checkout you started.
Top-ups, when you add balance, or when auto top-up refills it.
Call and text charges are taken from your balance; they are not separate card charges. Your card is only charged when you top up or auto top-up runs.
What happens when the balance runs out
Calling pauses. You see Calling is paused. Top up to keep dialing.
Texting continues while you still have included text credits.
Extra texts beyond 250 credits, and extra phone number fees, need balance.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
