Merge duplicate leads
Admins and managers can open Manage duplicates from the Leads page menu, pick the lead to keep in each group, and merge. Merging cannot be undone.
Merge duplicates
Go to Leads, open the menu at the top right, and choose Manage duplicates.
The Merge duplicate leads window lists groups of leads that share a phone number.
In each group, choose Keep on the lead you want to keep.
Choose to merge, then confirm with Yes, merge.
What merging does
The lead you keep absorbs the call, text, task and activity history of the others.
The kept lead's own fields stay exactly as they are. Details on the other leads are not copied over.
The other leads are removed for good. Merging cannot be undone.
What counts as a duplicate here
Groups are built from each lead's main phone number only. Two leads that share only an additional number are not grouped. If there are no groups, you see No duplicate leads.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
