Release a phone number you no longer need
Admins can release a number from its menu in Settings, then Phone numbers. A released number cannot be recovered, and the current month's fee is not refunded.
Release a number
Open Settings, then Phone numbers.
Open the number's menu and choose Release number.
Read the warning and confirm.
Before you release
Released numbers enter a 30 to 90 day carrier cooldown and cannot be recovered.
The current month's fee is not refunded.
You can't release your only number.
Calls and texts already logged from that number stay in your history.
If your Pipelio Pro subscription is canceled, your phone numbers are released. Past due accounts keep their numbers while the payment is sorted out.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
