Make a call
Click the phone icon on any lead, or open the dialer from the phone button at the top of the app. Allow microphone access the first time. Pipelio records every answered call.
Call a lead
Choose the phone icon on a lead in the Leads list, on the lead page, on a deal, or in the Inbox. The dialer opens and the call starts.
Dial any number
Choose the phone button at the top of the app (Make a call).
Open Dial, type the number, and start the call.
The dialer also has Queue, Recents, Contacts and Voicemail tabs.
Choose which number you call from
In the dialer, the From menu lists your workspace's numbers and starts on a sensible choice:
If a number is assigned to you, the dialer starts on your number.
If no number is assigned to you, it starts on the workspace default number.
If Auto-rotate caller ID is on, it starts on Auto (rotating), and Pipelio picks the number for each call.
You can change it before any call. When you call from a lead instead, Pipelio picks a number for you, usually one that matches the lead's area code. See Assign phone numbers to teammates.
The first time you call
Your browser asks for microphone access. Choose Allow. If you blocked it, see Fix calling problems.
During and after the call
Use mute and hang up in the call panel.
When the call ends, pick an outcome. See Record a call outcome.
Good to know
Every answered call is recorded. See Find and play call recordings.
Leads marked Do Not Contact ask you to confirm before calling. A seller who replied STOP to texts can still be called.
Calls are charged per minute from your calling balance. See Usage charges.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
