Needs you now shows counts for Replies waiting, missed calls, overdue callbacks, items due today and leads that just landed. Each row lets you call, text or open the lead, snooze it or dismiss it.

Brand new leads

A lead that arrived in the last 5 minutes and has never been contacted is marked Brand new and moves near the top of the list, below replies and missed calls. Its row counts down the time left, because the first few minutes are the best time to reach a new lead. After 5 minutes it moves back down with the other new leads.

A new lead is only marked Brand new while it is between 8 AM and 9 PM where the lead lives, judged from the area code of their phone number. Outside those hours the row says what time it is where they are and when you can call. This is a reminder on the Home page only. It does not block calls, so check the time yourself before calling from anywhere else.

Below that you see your calls for the last 7 days, Pipeline value and Lead source.

Reports

Reports covers pipeline, sources and trends: lead source, deal velocity tiles such as pipeline value and average days to close, the Pipeline funnel and Leads over time.

Team activity for callers, such as dials, talk time and active hours, is in the Dialer under Agent reports. Admins and managers see Open Agent reports on the Reports page. See Call logs and agent reports.
