Set and manage follow-ups

Each lead has a next follow-up date. Set it from the lead, the Leads list, the deal panel or in bulk. Overdue follow-ups show in the bell and on the Pipeline page.

Set a follow-up

  • On the Leads list: choose Set follow-up in the lead's row.

  • On a deal: open the card and choose Tomorrow, In 3 days or Next week.

  • For many leads: select them and use Follow-up in the bulk bar.

  • After a call: the Call back outcome asks you for a date and time.

Your admin can also give every new lead a first follow-up automatically. See Route new leads automatically.

See what is due

  • The bell at the top of the app lists overdue follow-ups.

  • The Pipeline page shows how many follow-ups are overdue.

  • Your Home page shows overdue callbacks and what is due today.

  • The Overdue view on the Leads page lists them.

Follow-ups and tasks

A follow-up is a single date on the lead. A task is a separate to-do with its own title, type and owner. Use a follow-up for "talk to them again on this date", and a task for specific work.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
