Call through a list with the queue
On the Leads page, choose Powerdial this list from the menu. Pipelio calls one lead after another, moves on when you record an outcome, and remembers where you stopped.
Start calling a list
Go to Leads and open the menu at the top right.
Choose Powerdial this list, then pick All or one of your saved lists.
The dialer opens on its Queue and calls the first lead.
Move through the list
Record each call's outcome. Pipelio then moves to the next lead.
Skip this lead moves on without calling.
When a call goes unanswered, you see No answer. Moving to the next lead.
Stop and come back later
Pipelio saves your place for each list. When you come back, choose Continue calling to pick up at the next lead you have not called, or Start over to begin again. Starting over can call people you already tried.
If you open the same list in another tab, choose Continue here to move the session to that tab.
Calls that ended without an outcome are listed so you can Save outcome for them. They are not called again automatically.
Team calling campaigns

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
