Record voicemail drops
Record or upload a voicemail message in Settings, then Voicemail. During a call that reaches voicemail, choose Drop a voicemail to leave it for you.
Set up a voicemail drop
Open Settings, then Voicemail.
Record a message in your browser, or upload an audio file of up to 10 MB.
Save it.
If recording is not supported in your browser, upload a file instead.
Use it on a call
When a call reaches voicemail, choose Drop a voicemail. Pipelio plays your recording into the voicemail.
If you have not recorded one yet, you see Record a voicemail in Settings, Voicemail first.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
