Usage charges: calls, texts and phone numbers
Calls cost $0.04 a minute outgoing and $0.025 a minute incoming, rounded up to whole minutes. Texts past 250 credits a month cost $0.03 each, photos $0.08. Extra numbers are $3 or $5 a month. All are paid from your calling balance.

How calls are counted
Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute, with a 1-minute minimum.
A call that never connects (busy, failed or no answer) is not charged. A call answered by a voicemail box is connected, so it is charged like any other call.
A single call stops when your balance runs out, and is limited to $10 of calling.
How texts are counted
See Text credits and charges. Long texts are split into segments, and each segment past your credits is charged.
See your charges
Open Settings, then Billing. Recent activity under your calling balance lists each charge and top-up. The Text messages card shows this month's text usage.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
