Quick start

Quick start: your first day in Pipelio

Get from a new account to your first worked lead: sign up, bring in leads, then turn on calling and texting when you are ready.

Plan
The CRM is free. Calling, texting and phone numbers need Pipelio Pro.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.pipelio.io with your email or Google account and answer a few short setup questions. Your company name becomes your workspace, which is the shared space your team works in. See Create your account.

When setup finishes, Pipelio adds two practice leads so you can try things without touching real data. See Practice with sample leads.

2. Bring in your leads

You have three ways to get leads in:

3. Work your leads

  • Open a lead to see everything about it in one place: contact details, property, notes, tasks and history.

  • Set a follow-up date so the lead comes back to you on time. See Set and manage follow-ups.

  • Move deals through stages on the Pipeline board. See Pipelines, stages and intake.

4. Turn on calling and texting

Calling, texting and your own phone number come with Pipelio Pro. An admin can upgrade from the Upgrade button at the top of the app.

  1. Upgrade to Pro. See Upgrade to Pipelio Pro.

  2. Get your phone number. Your first number is included. See Buy a phone number.

  3. Add calling balance, because calls are paid from a prepaid balance. See Add calling balance and set up auto top-up.

  4. Make your first call. See Make a call.

5. Invite your team

Admins can invite teammates from Team in the left sidebar. Decide what each person should see before you invite them. See Invite teammates and Who sees which leads.

Tip

The Get set up in 5 steps checklist at the top of the app tracks these same steps. You can hide it at any time with Hide checklist.

Still need help?

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
