Sign in, reset or change your password

Sign in with your email and password or with Google. If you forgot your password, request a reset link from the sign-in screen.

Who can do this
Everyone

  1. Go to app.pipelio.io. You see Login to your account.

  2. Enter your email and password and choose Login, or choose Login with Google.

If you signed in with Google while trying to open a specific page, Pipelio takes you back to that page.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot your password?.

  2. Enter your email on Reset your password and choose Send reset link.

  3. Open the link in the email. On Set a new password, enter your new password twice and choose Update password.

The new password needs at least 8 characters. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and try again.

Change your password while signed in

  1. Open Settings, then Account & security.

  2. Under Change password, enter and confirm the new password, then save. You see "Password updated".

You can also choose Reset via email to change it through an emailed link instead.

Change your sign-in email

In Account & security, enter the new email and save. Pipelio sends a verification email to the new address. The change only takes effect after you choose the link in that email; until then the page shows "Pending verification. Check your inbox."

Still cannot get in

  • If your account was invited by a teammate and the invite expired, ask them to send a new one. See Join your team from an invite.

  • If a workspace admin suspended or removed your access, ask that admin.

  • Support chat works from inside Pipelio, so it needs you to be signed in. If you cannot sign in at all, ask your workspace admin to contact support for you.

Still need help?

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
