Text credits and charges
Pipelio Pro includes 250 text credits a month. A text uses 1 credit and a photo 2, whether sent or received. After 250, texts are charged from your calling balance.
How credits work
Your plan includes 250 text credits a month.
A text uses 1 credit, a photo (MMS) uses 2. Counted both ways, sent and received.
Resets on the 1st of each month.
After 250 credits
Each extra text costs $0.03 per segment and each extra photo $0.08, taken from your calling balance. A long text can count as more than one segment; the message box shows the segment count as you type.
If you are past 250 credits and your calling balance is too low for the next text, outgoing texts stop until you top up. Incoming texts are always received.
See your usage
Open Settings, then Billing, and find the Text messages card. It shows this month's usage and anything charged.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
