Practice with sample leads
New workspaces get two practice leads with a made-up history. Use them to learn the routine, then remove them when you are ready for real data.
What the sample leads are
Sample leads have "(Sample)" in their name and come with example calls, texts, tasks and notes. Nothing about them is real, so you can call buttons, tag outcomes and move stages without affecting anything. While they exist, the Leads page shows a banner reminding you they are practice leads.
Sample leads do not send notifications and do not count toward your setup checklist.
Add sample leads
Pipelio adds them automatically when you finish setting up. If your workspace is empty, you can add them again:
On your dashboard, choose Practice on sample leads.
Or, on an empty Leads page, choose Practice on samples.
Sample leads are only added to a workspace that has no leads yet. If you already have leads, you see "Your workspace already has leads, so no practice data was added."
Remove sample leads
Go to Leads.
In the practice-leads banner, choose Remove samples.
Only the sample leads are removed. Your real leads are not affected. If you are not an admin or manager, the banner says an admin or manager can remove them.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
