Create and run a calling campaign

In Dialer, Campaigns, create a campaign from a saved list or an uploaded file. A six-step guide walks you through leads, calling number, settings and a readiness check before you start dialing.

Who can do this
Anyone in a workspace where campaigns are available. Buying a number is admin only.
Plan
Pipelio Pro

Create a campaign

  1. Switch the sidebar to Dialer and open Campaigns.

  2. Create a campaign. Give it a Campaign name, choose where the leads come from (your saved lists), pick a Caller number, a script and the outcomes callers will use.

If you have none yet, you see No campaigns yet.

Follow the setup guide

Get your campaign ready walks you through six steps:

  1. Create campaign

  2. Review leads

  3. Choose calling number

  4. Review calling settings

  5. Check readiness

  6. Start dialing

The readiness check confirms things such as Leads that can be called and A number you can call from. Pipelio checks again when you press Start. If something is missing, the top of the campaign says what, for example "Not ready to call: no leads that can be called" or "no number to call from". Fix that item and the campaign can start.

Add leads from a file

In a campaign, choose Import leads. You can upload a CSV, TSV, TXT or XLSX file of up to 5,000 rows and 20 MB, or use Paste a list. Rows with no phone number are skipped, and leads already in your CRM are matched, not copied. Importing never starts dialing on its own.

While dialing

  • Record an outcome after each call to move on.

  • "Round complete" means every lead in this round has been worked.

  • "Nothing available to call right now" can mean another caller is working the remaining leads.

Several callers can work the same campaign at once without calling the same lead.

Still need help?

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
