Do Not Contact and STOP opt-outs
Do Not Contact is a mark your team puts on a lead. A STOP opt-out is the contact's own choice to stop texts. Pipelio treats them differently.
Do Not Contact (set by your team)
A lead is marked Do Not Contact when someone on your team chooses the Do not call outcome after a call or marks the lead that way.
Pipelio asks you to confirm before calling or texting the lead (Text a Do Not Contact lead?). Only choose Send anyway if you have a valid reason.
The Inbox shows Marked Do Not Contact on the conversation.
Leads marked this way are left out of buyer matches and stop receiving sequence texts.
If the mark was a mistake, choose Allow contact in the Inbox. You see Contact allowed again. You can text them now.
STOP opt-outs (the contact's choice)
When a contact replies STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, OPTOUT or REVOKE:
Pipelio stops texting that number, and any running sequence ends for them.
You can still call them.
There is no button to override it.
If they later reply START, UNSTOP, YES or RESUME, texting is allowed again. Note that a simple "Yes" counts as opting back in.
Respect opt-outs. Texting someone who asked you to stop can break laws such as the TCPA. When in doubt, call or leave them alone.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
