Export leads to a CSV file
Open the menu on the Leads page and choose Export to CSV. The file contains the leads in your current view, up to 10,000 rows.
Export your current view
On the Leads page, set up the view you want: a saved view, filters or a search.
Open the menu at the top right and choose Export to CSV.
For more than 1,000 leads, Pipelio asks you to confirm. Choose Download CSV.
The export includes the leads that match your current view, up to 10,000 rows. Narrow the view and export in parts if you have more.
Export selected leads only
Select leads with the checkboxes, then choose Export in the bar at the bottom.
If export is not allowed
Exporting is a separate permission that an admin can turn on or off for each member, including other admins. If you cannot export, ask your admin. See Roles and permissions.
If you export several times quickly, wait a minute and try again.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
