Microphone problems

If you see Microphone blocked or Microphone access is blocked. Allow it in your browser, then Retry.:

  1. Click the lock or settings icon in your browser's address bar.

  2. Allow the microphone for app.pipelio.io.

  3. Back in Pipelio, retry the call.

Also check that the right microphone and speakers are selected in your computer's sound settings, and that no other app is using the microphone.

Calls end early

Each call is limited by your available calling balance. If your balance is low, top up or turn on auto top-up. See Add calling balance and set up auto top-up.
