Join your team from an invite
Open the link in your invite email, set your name and password, and Pipelio takes you straight into your team's workspace.
Open the invite email and choose its link.
On Join your team, enter your name and a password of at least 8 characters, twice.
Create your account. Pipelio signs you in and opens the dashboard.
You join with the role your admin chose. You do not go through the new-workspace setup questions.
If the link does not work

| This invite has expired | Ask your teammate to send a new invite. Invites last 7 days |
| Invite already used | Sign in with your email and password instead |
| Invite not found | Check you used the full link from the most recent invite email |
| A message that you already belong to another workspace | Ask that workspace's admin to remove you first. See One workspace per person |

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
