Install Pipelio on your phone or computer, and turn on notifications
Pipelio can be installed like an app from your browser. Turn on push notifications per device in Settings, then Notifications.
Install Pipelio
Pipelio runs in your web browser. You can also install it so it opens in its own window and appears with your other apps.
Android, or Chrome on a computer. When you see Install Pipelio, choose Install. You can also use your browser's own install option.
iPhone or iPad (Safari). Tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Choosing Not now hides the install prompt for a week.
Turn on push notifications
Push notifications are set per device. Turn them on on every phone or computer where you want them.
Open Settings, then Notifications.
Under On this device, switch on Push notifications.
When your browser asks, choose Allow.
If you see "Permission blocked", your browser is blocking notifications for Pipelio. Allow notifications for app.pipelio.io in your browser's site settings, then try again.
On iPhone and iPad, push notifications only work after you add Pipelio to your Home Screen and open it from there.
What you are notified about
The bell at the top of the app lists new leads, incoming and missed calls, messages, overdue follow-ups, mentions and announcements. Push notifications use the same events.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
