The Pipelio CRM is free. Pipelio Pro adds calling, texting, your own phone number and 250 text credits a month for $29 a month, or $240 a year, per workspace.

Usage on top of the plan
Calls, texts past your included credits, and extra phone numbers are paid from a prepaid calling balance that you control. See Your subscription and your calling balance and Usage charges.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
