Create and manage pipelines and stages

Create a pipeline

1. On the Pipeline page, open the pipeline selector.

2. Choose Create pipeline, name it, and pick a Starter template, for example General or Wholesale Acquisitions.

Edit stages

Open the pipeline selector and choose Manage pipeline. You can:

• Add stage, then type its name.

• Drag stages to reorder them, change a stage's colour, or rename it.

• Use the star to Set as default, the stage new leads start in.

• Open Stage settings to add a definition, entry and exit rules, fields required to enter the stage, and whether a task or next step is required. Mark a Terminal stage as Won or Lost.

• Remove a stage. Its deals go back to intake without a stage. Nothing is deleted.

You can also rename or recolour a stage from its column menu with Rename stage and Edit stage color.

Rename or delete a pipeline

From the pipeline selector, use Rename pipeline or Delete pipeline. When you delete one, choose where its deals go: Return deals to intake or another pipeline, then confirm with Move deals and delete.

You can't delete the default pipeline.
