Buy a phone number
Admins buy numbers in Settings, then Phone numbers. Your first number is included with Pipelio Pro. Extra local numbers cost $3 a month and toll-free numbers $5 a month, charged from your calling balance.
Buy your first number
Open Settings, then Phone numbers.
Choose Buy your first number.
Choose Local or Toll-free, search by area code, and pick a number.
Your first number is included free with Pipelio Pro.
Buy another number
In Settings, Phone numbers, choose + Buy number and follow the same steps.

Extra number fees are charged once a month from your calling balance, not added to your subscription invoice. Keep some balance available. See Usage charges.
After you buy
Toll-free numbers need a one-time verification before they can text. Pipelio opens the form for you. See Texting registration and toll-free verification.
Name your number so your team recognises it, and choose Set as default to make it the default caller ID.
Decide who it rings. See Assign phone numbers to teammates.
Bulk order creates saved order plans only. Nothing in a draft is bought until you buy it.
If you are not an admin, you do not see Phone numbers in Settings. Ask your admin.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
