Pipelines, tasks and follow-ups
Move deals through stages, schedule follow-ups, and automate the routine.
Explained
- Pipelines, stages and intakeA pipeline is a board of stages that deals move through. New leads usually wait in intake, without a stage, until you decide they belong on the board.
- Your Home page and ReportsHome shows what needs you now, recent calling and pipeline value. Reports shows lead sources, deal velocity, the pipeline funnel and leads over time.
How-to
- Work deals on the Pipeline boardAdd a deal, drag it between stages or use its Move to stage menu, and click a card to open a quick panel with its key details.
- Create and manage pipelines and stagesAdmins create pipelines from the pipeline selector and edit stages with Manage pipeline. Removing a stage returns its deals to intake; nothing is deleted.
- Create and complete tasksChoose Add task on the Tasks page or on a lead. Every task is linked to a lead. Tick a task's checkbox to complete it.
- Set and manage follow-upsEach lead has a next follow-up date. Set it from the lead, the Leads list, the deal panel or in bulk. Overdue follow-ups show in the bell and on the Pipeline page.
- Route new leads automaticallyAdmins can give new leads an owner, a starting stage and a first follow-up automatically. Routing applies to future leads only and never changes leads you already have.
- Automate follow-up with sequencesAdmins can build sequences of texts, tasks and waits in Settings, then Automations. A sequence starts manually from a lead or when a lead enters a stage, and can stop when the seller texts back.
- Track buyers and match them to dealsSave what each buyer is looking for in a buy box. Pipelio then shows which deals fit a buyer, and which buyers fit a deal.
