Track buyers and match them to deals
Save what each buyer is looking for in a buy box. Pipelio then shows which deals fit a buyer, and which buyers fit a deal.
Add a buyer
A buyer is a lead in a list named Buyers. To add one, add a lead and choose the Buyers list, or move an existing lead into it.
Save a buy box
Open the buyer's lead.
In the buy box, enter their budget range, areas they buy in, property types, how much work they will take and how they pay.
Choose Save buy box. The buy box does not save on its own.
Below it, Deals that fit this buyer lists matching deals.
The Buyers page
Once at least one buyer has a buy box, Buyers appears in the sidebar. It lists every buyer with what they are looking for. If you have none yet, the page offers Add a buyer.
Find buyers for a deal
On a deal past its first stage, Who would buy this? lists buyers whose buy box fits it. Buyers marked Do Not Contact are not suggested.

In Pipelio, open Support at the bottom of the left sidebar and send a message. Workspace admins can message support directly; other teammates should ask their admin. Include what you clicked, what you expected, and the exact words of any message you saw.
