Explained
- Free plan and Pipelio ProThe Pipelio CRM is free. Pipelio Pro adds calling, texting, your own phone number and 250 text credits a month for $29 a month, or $240 a year, per workspace.
- Your subscription and your calling balanceYour subscription is the fixed Pipelio Pro price. Your calling balance is separate prepaid credit that calls, extra texts and extra phone numbers draw from. Topping up never renews or changes your subscription.
- Text credits and chargesPipelio Pro includes 250 text credits a month. A text uses 1 credit and a photo 2, whether sent or received. After 250, texts are charged from your calling balance.
How-to
- Upgrade to Pipelio ProAn admin chooses Upgrade at the top of the app, picks monthly or yearly, and pays through the secure checkout. Pro turns on as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Add calling balance and set up auto top-upAdmins add balance in Settings, then Billing, using the card on file. Auto top-up refills the balance automatically when it drops below an amount you choose.
- Update your card, change your plan, view invoices or cancelAdmins manage the subscription in Settings, then Billing, with Manage subscription. From there you can update your card, switch between monthly and yearly, download invoices or cancel.
