Invite teammates, roles, who sees which leads, and removing access.

Explained

Who sees which leadsAdmins see every lead. Managers and agents see all leads, or only leads assigned to them, depending on the setting their admin chose. A separate switch decides whether they also see leads nobody owns yet.

How-to

Invite teammatesAdmins invite people from the Team page with an email and a role. The invite link lasts 7 days. Check each new person's lead access after they join.
Join your team from an inviteOpen the link in your invite email, set your name and password, and Pipelio takes you straight into your team's workspace.
Suspend or remove a teammateSuspend pauses someone's calling and texting and can be reversed. Remove takes them out of the workspace right away and unassigns their leads and open tasks.

Reference

Roles and permissionsEvery member is an Admin, Manager or Agent. On top of the role, admins set each member's lead access, and whether they can export or reassign leads.

Limitation

One workspace per personEach Pipelio account belongs to one workspace. There is no workspace switcher today. To join a different workspace, you must first be removed from the current one.
