Quick start

Quick start: your first day in PipelioGet from a new account to your first worked lead: sign up, bring in leads, then turn on calling and texting when you are ready.

Find your way around PipelioThe left sidebar has two areas, CRM and Dialer. The top bar holds search, calling and notifications. Your account menu and Settings are at the bottom left.

How-to

Create your accountSign up with your email or Google account, confirm your email with a 6-digit code, then answer five short setup questions to create your workspace.
Practice with sample leadsNew workspaces get two practice leads with a made-up history. Use them to learn the routine, then remove them when you are ready for real data.
Sign in, reset or change your passwordSign in with your email and password or with Google. If you forgot your password, request a reset link from the sign-in screen.
Install Pipelio on your phone or computer, and turn on notificationsPipelio can be installed like an app from your browser. Turn on push notifications per device in Settings, then Notifications.
Delete your accountYou can delete your own account in Settings, then Account & security, under Danger zone. If you are the only person in your workspace, your workspace's data is deleted too.

Where to find each settingSettings are grouped into Personal, Communications, CRM configuration and Workspace. Everyone sees their personal settings; most workspace settings are for admins only.
